In a dispute with Epic Games over its App Store policies, an appeals court mostly agreed with Apple on Monday.

The ruling indicates that despite Epic Games' continuing legal fight, Apple's authority 

the App Store and the fees it levies will probably not alter dramatically.

It was heralded as a win for Apple.
